Fan / Filter Modules are completely self-contained with a profile as low as 12".With our exclusive MicroSound technology, sound levels are kept at a minimum.Numerous models are available with the industry-standard 99.99% efficient HEPA filter (0.3 micron or larger).

Mounted

For maximum flexibility, all modules can be mounted: 

• In a T-bar system

SAMs can be incorporated into softwall clean rooms, used to upgrade an existing facility, or in new clean room designs.
