ENGINEERING SPECIFICATIONS FOR RECIRCULATING FAN CABINET:
 

Recirculating Fan Cabinet

  

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

CONSTRUCTION: Cabinet is constructed of 20 gauge (.0359) galvanized steel. All cabinets are furnished with provisions for suspension at all (4) top corners with 3/8" threaded rod and are equipped with vibration isolators (or as specified).

MOTOR/BLOWER FRAME: Welded tubular steel frame is mounted to cabinet with spring isolators.

 

 

NSULATION: All cabinets are acoustically lined with a fiberglass insulation manufactured by an approved vendor. Insulation is secured with a non flammable contact cement. All exposed edges and joints in insulation are sealed to eliminate shedding. BLOWER: Forward curved centrifugal type.

  • Bearings: Bearings are sealed ball type, isolated in rubber.

  • Shaft: Shaft material is ground and polished stress-relieved steel, with flats and keyways to prevent slippage of driven pulley.
